It seems like the Buffalo flavor is one of the most universally loved flavors in society today. It combines heat with flavor and makes for one of the best sandwiches around. It adds the much loved Buffalo flavor into a recipe that requires limited ingredients and even less prep time.

One of the great parts of this recipe is that you can add as much, or little, as you want. One of the ways to add some light crunch, and hide a little nutrition, is to add some dry coleslaw. This is a refreshing touch to the flavor and adds a crunch to it.

Another thing that can add to the flavor is the use of blue cheese. Either with dressing or actual blue cheese crumbles, you can cool off the heat of your sliders with blue cheese.

A huge perk of this recipe is just how few dishes it uses. You can easily complete this with nothing more than a bowl to serve the sliders in, and a measuring cup. When you combine this with eating on paper plates, you have got the easiest cleanup in family history.
